Refund Policy

1. Our 3-Day Store Credit Policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 3 days of your delivery date. This means your return request must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Refund Method: We DO NOT issue cash refunds. All eligible returns and exchanges will receive Store Credit (issued as a digital Gift Card with unlimited validity).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. WhatsApp Us: +91 6302345021 (For quick contact & video submission)
  2. Email Us: Within the 3-day window, email us at adornbyrr@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  3. Unboxing Video: Attach the mandatory unboxing video to your email.

  4. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your item.

Reverse Shipping Costs:

A flat fee of ₹60 will be deducted from your final Store Credit amount to cover the cost of the reverse pickup service.


3. Conditions for Acceptance

Returns are accepted under the following two scenarios:

A. Damage, Defect, or Missing Item

We conduct a multi-layer inspection, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these guidelines:

  • Mandatory Video Proof: The unboxing video must clearly show the item's defect or damage while the original packaging is still intact. Without this clear video proof, your claim will be rejected.

  • Partial Returns: If you purchased multiple items, only the damaged/defective product will be accepted for return.

  • Store Credit Issued: Once the damaged item is received and verified by our team, your Store Credit will be processed within 7 working days.

B. Dislike / Change of Mind

If you simply dislike the product upon arrival:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The standard ₹60 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit amount.


4. Important Reverse Pickup Notes

  • Availability: Please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. Missed pickups will delay the process.

  • Non-Serviceable Pincodes: If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may ask you to ship the item back to us via an alternate courier service.
