For COD orders, we ask you to confirm on WhatsApp before we ship. This helps us avoid failed deliveries and keeps things smooth for both of us.
WhatsApp updates are sent between 9 am and 9 pm, as required for this type of business messaging. Anything that happens after 9 pm is sent the next morning at 9 am instead.
